1) Normally we will arrange shipping within 24 hours if hair in stock, others will be sent within 7 working days.

2) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  

3) Inaccurate or incomplete address will make the processing time delay.Please check your order information again, especially the delivery address after you've paid.

4) If you have previously encountered a lost or stolen package, we recommend that you send the package to your WORK address to ensure that you receive your package safely.

5) Any address or order change request will be considered but not guaranteed.  Please contact our customer service first.

6) When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
