Please note estimated shipping times excluding processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed.

NOTES:

1) Processing Period: Normally we arrange shipment from Monday-Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
2) About Address: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  INACCURATE or INCOMPLETE address will make the processing time delay.We encourage all customers to thoroughly check your order information, especially the delivery address. If you have previously encountered a lost or stolen package, we recommend that you send the package to your WORK address to ensure that you receive your package safely.

3) Tracking orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number

Return Address

.US orders, we only accept USPS. Other countries, pls choose local post office.

.Please do not send your returned hair to the sender's address on the package.You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide. 

.Please keep your proof of postage or returning tracking number when shipping the items back.

Warehouse worker will check items status after received your returns.Then refunds will be processed asap to your original payment method.
